USER GENERATED CONTENT POLICY

When you share photos, videos, files, music, sounds, messages, or other content on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, or through our review software using hashtags like #CollegeHugs or by tagging @collegehugs, or by directly uploading to the College Hugs website, these are collectively called "Submissions". By making a Submission, you agree that it is non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting, you give SendAFriend and its partners a permanent, royalty-free, global, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, create derivatives, perform, display, distribute, and share your content with others for any purpose.

You also confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years old.

• You own all rights to your content and can grant SendAFriend the above license.

• If your Submission includes children, you are the parent or guardian responsible for them.

• You have permission to use the likeness of anyone shown in your Submissions.
